Step 1: Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for a confirmation email from Opendate. The subject line typically includes your event name and "Your Ticket Confirmation."

‍Step 2: Once found, click the link in your email to access your digital ticket.

Step 2: Resend your tickets to your email:

• Visit this link to resend your tickets to the email address on the order or send them to another email.
• In the confirmation email, the tickets will be located below the event information and/or attached as a PDF.

Step 3: Download your tickets from your Opendate account:

• Log into your Opendate account here with the email address used to place the order.
• On the My Orders tab, locate the event and click Print Tickets or click the buttons to add them to your Apple or Google Wallet.

Step 4: If you still can’t locate it, contact Opendate support for assistance.

‍Step 2: In My Tickets > My Orders, locate the order you'd like to transfer.

‍Step 3: To the right of the event name, click the Transfer Tickets button.

‍Step 4: Select the box next to the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer, then click Next.

‍Step 5: Enter the first name, last name, and the email of the receiver and include an optional note.

‍Step 6: Click the Transfer Tickets button to confirm the transfer.

‍Step 7: The new owner will receive a confirmation email with the ticket(s).
