Carol Howard

Rev Executive Director

>> Carol Howard’s fundraisers have netted more than $40 million for Indianapolis organizations in the last 17 years. Carol’s passion is helping organizations, including the IU Health Foundation, the Indianapolis Zoo and other local nonprofits; raising the funding they need to succeed at their missions. Her events come together seamlessly because she is uniquely able to create fruitful partnerships between businesses, organizations and the volunteers and guests who return to her parties over and over.
>> Carol honed her skills in sports marketing, working with some of the most well-respected race teams and the world’s best race car drivers. Now, she’s putting those skills to use planning Rev, the premiere charity gala that kicks off the month of May at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The 3,500-person fundraiser, now in its tenth year, has earned a reputation as the must-attend event of the year in Indianapolis, as well as national media attention in ESPN magazine, NBC’s Kentucky Derby broadcast and Associations Now.
>> Carol’s other recent projects included planning and managing a press conference and trailer premiere for the “Ford vs. Ferrari” movie, attended by Academy Award-winning actors Matt Damon and Christian Bale, in May 2019 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. She also directed the Universal Studios UK Movie Premiere “Born Racer” held at Indianapolis State Museum in September 2018. Carol directed the Premiere and coordinated the pre-event cocktail reception, red carpet, media and photo opportunities with Universal Studios.

Have your digital ticket ready on your mobile device, or printed out. And don't forget your parking pass!

From I-70:

Use Exit 77 (Holt Road), proceed north (turn right from westbound, turn left from eastbound) on Holt Road, continuing north to 16th Street. Holt Road turns into Olin Avenue at 10th Street. At the intersection of Olin Avenue and 16th Street, turn left. Staff will be located near multiple gates on 16th street to guide you into the facility for Rev parking.

From I-465:

Use Exit 16A (US 136 West/Crawfordsville Road) and proceed east (turn right from northbound, turn left from southbound) on Crawfordsville Road. At the roundabout take the 16th Street Exit, Gate 2 will be on your left.

IndyCar drivers will be enjoying Rev all evening, but the best timeframe to guarantee you see your favorite driver is at 8 PM on the Pagoda Plaza stage. Grab a spot in front of the stage to ensure you get your photo and autograph before the drivers hit the track in May!

After snapping photos with your favorite IndyCar drivers, chefs, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway sights, upload them to your social media page, tagging @RevIndyEvent with hashtags #Rev2023 and #RevIndy. Two red carpets will also be available for photo opportunities around the Pagoda. These professionally taken photos will be available the week after Rev!
